How do I sign in?
SlateIt supports Google and Apple sign-in. Open the app, choose your preferred method, and follow the prompts. You'll need to be signed in to create or join groups, message teammates, and manage tasks.
How do I create or join a group?
From the app's home screen, create a group for a project, team, or client, then invite teammates using a share link. Group members can chat, assign tasks, and connect calendars in one workspace.
How does the AI task agent work?
The task agent reads the conversation in your group chat and automatically captures action items, creating tracked tasks with a suggested owner and due date. It can also send pings and reminders when tasks may be falling behind. You can review, edit, or delete any task it creates at any time.
How do I create, assign, or complete a task?
You can create a task directly in a group, assign it to a teammate with a due date, and mark it complete when done. Tasks surface in the group and through notifications, so everyone stays aligned.
How do I connect my calendar?
You can connect a Google or Apple calendar per group or per account from the calendar settings. SlateIt syncs your events and surfaces scheduling conflicts across your connected calendars.
How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?
You can upgrade from within the app's paywall screen. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, and you can manage or cancel them from your device's subscription settings. For billing questions, contact support@onedydx.com .
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app or by visiting our Delete Account page. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
